Well, it's no secret that there are days when I'm bored at work. No complaints about my job. They take very good care of me. But, it is difficult to sit idle. So, I've taken up reading and commenting on blogs. Here are my favorite blogs:
http://mom2my6pack.blogspot.com/ - Dawn is a mom of 6! She's very good at blogging everyday about some funny event in their house. I think I like Dawn because she uses sarcasm and I'm such the fan of sarcasm. Her blog hit the big time when she posted an auction item of Pokemon cards that her kids had slipped into her shopping cart without her knowing. Very funny stuff. After her blog exploded, she got a book deal and is in the process of writing.
http://pacifiersandprada.blogspot.com/ - Trisha has just recently started her blog about being a mom and a wife and a daughter. She was inspired by Dawn. She has some very funny reads as well. I like her style of writing. I'm sure she'll have a big fan base soon.
http://thesartorialist.blogspot.com/ - Scott Schuman's blog is very well known. He takes wonderful photographs of fashion on the street. I love to see what he's going to post everyday. I can only imagine how exciting his life is flying to Milan and back to NYC and to India. He's a jet-setter to be sure. And, his photography is simply amazing.
http://www.highlowaha.com/ - This blog is one of my newest favorites. One of the reasons I really like this blog is because I met the author. And, it's a very creative blog- like no other that I've seen. Where Dawn and Trisha are writing about the funny things that are happening in their worlds, Claudia is writing about how to add creativity to your life and how to be a creative parent with your kids. It's a very cool site.
I have two other sites that I've started visiting but I think I need a little more time with them before I present them to you and if you have an interesting blog, please share it with me as I am always looking for more interesting reads while I'm sitting at my desk.
Who knows? Maybe I'll be inspired to actually write more on my own blog(s).
