Oh yes. It's the newest trend in orthodontistry. They start them much earlier too. And, JB was disappointed that they didn't put his braces on this morning. It's not near as traumitizing as it used to be for us as middle schoolers. They actually look forward to it!

Drew has braces this year and JB has some major gaps from having his expander.
my 12 yr old niece has an expander. until yesterday i didn't know what they were. they didn't have those when i had braces.
